We know that taking the step to enter a new service can feel scary sometimes. It's important to us that the Wagga Wagga Medicare Mental Health Centre helps everyone feel safe, comfortable and welcomed when they arrive.

We are looking for people who have been to the Medicare Mental Health Centre in Wagga Wagga to share their experiences with us. This will help us know what is working well or what we could do better.

How to take part

There are two ways you can take part and share your ideas and feedback with us:

  1. Tell us about your visit to the Medicare Mental Health Centre in a short survey
  2. Join our walk-through group to visit the service and then take part in a conversation about your thoughts and ideas.

You can choose which best suits you and the time you have.

To take part, either complete the survey or register for the walk-through group below.

If you would like to take part in a different way, please contact us by email at mmhdaa@gph.org.au

What to expect

People taking part in this group will meet with a staff member from the Medicare Mental Health Centre at an agreed time. You will be shown around the entrance areas of the service and be told about how staff welcome people when they arrive. You will have the chance to ask any questions you may have.

Then you will join a group conversation with other participants and share your experiences and ideas for how the service and staff could help people feel more welcome and comfortable on their arrival.
