The Murrumbidgee MHDA Alliance Lived Experience, Peer and Carer Network Steering Committee are exploring opportunities to support Peer Workers in our region to increase their access to Peer Supervision.

To help guide this, we would value your input on your experience and priorities for Peer Supervision. Your feedback will help us better understand what is working well, what challenges people are experiencing, and what kinds of support would feel most helpful. This will help us to consider future supervision options for Peer Workers across the region.

The survey should only take around 5 minutes to complete and is open to current Peer Work members of the Murrumbidgee Lived Experience, Peer and Carer Network. Your responses are confidential.

Please note: There are questions about your peer work role and experience at the end of the survey. This is helps us to understand how experiences differ across service settings. These are optional to complete.

What is Peer Supervision

In this survey, we are asking about your access to Peer Supervision, including peer-specific group supervision. This can be group or individual:

  • Peer Supervision is a formal arrangement with another Peer Worker (usually someone more senior/experienced) which provides a safe non-judgemental space to reflect on your own professional practice.
  • Co-reflection / group supervision is a facilitated, collaborative process where a group of peer workers come together to reflect on their experiences, share challenges, and offer support to one another.

Not a fan of a survey?

If you would prefer to talk through your experiences and ideas instead, please contact us and we will make a time to discuss. Or email us with your thoughts and ideas.
